I also believe that buying a new home is an exciting time for the whole family, and as such, children are encouraged to participate in the process with their own “duties” during the showing. I also carry a “treasure bag” of toys and snacks to keeps the kids happy while you eliminate the homes you don’t like and eventually find your dream.
