I was a McGinn girl which meant I was surrounded by family there, great aunts and uncles, and cousins were often around our dinner table. I was raised by a single mom who worked hard to provide for us and taught me at a young age that family was a team. As a team we could achieve anything and overcome anything, and we did.

Family has always been important to me and I am happy to have two kids and a husband who support me each day. I grew up in Sudbury and am proud to be raising my own family here as well. I love this city and have enjoyed watching it grow and being a part of that growth.

My friends, family and clients would tell you that I am a hard working woman who puts family above all else. They would tell you I am dedicated and honest with them even when it would be easier not to be. They would tell you stories of my perseverance when faced with very difficult challenges in life and how I will never give up on myself or on them. In today’s day and age sometimes a referral can truly put your mind at ease. My husband and I had been “flipping” homes for years. To be honest, if you asked either of us we would probably have told you we were not flippers but we had moved four times in five years, each time making money and moving up the Real Estate ladder. So when I was thinking about a career it seemed to be a natural choice. I love homes, I love the Real Estate market and how it has the ability to impact peoples lives. Most importantly I love helping people. I say over and over again how blessed I am to do what I do. The feeling I get when I have helped someone find their dream, and get it for a great price, is addictive. My belief is that I do not sell homes. I make dreams come true. My goal is to do this with a professional grace that puts you at ease, and reduces your stress.

We will take the time to walk through the many options available to you, and choose areas of the city that would best suite you and your family. From there you will receive daily updates from me about homes which match what you are looking for. You will be set up on my system and listings that may be of interest to you will be emailed to you the minute they are available. I have also created great relationships with the other Realtors in the city, who may have homes that you can purchase before anyone else knows they are available. As always, communication will be key to helping you find your dream.

There are a lot of bad stories out there. I understand. It is tough to entrust someone you barely know with your biggest investment. I have built my business on open communication with my clients, and it is this communication that allows them to trust in me, my abilities and my care for their family. While we are looking for that perfect home for you and your family, I will be there to guide you and provide you with information, about the homes we are seeing and their value. I can refer you to contractors, lawyers, and bankers who have previously provided my clients with the same level of service I provide to them. I also believe that buying a new home is an exciting time for the whole family, and as such, children are encouraged to participate in the process with their own “duties” during the showing. I also carry a “treasure bag” of toys and snacks to keeps the kids happy while you eliminate the homes you don’t like and eventually find your dream.
